As we are getting closer to Halloween, I decided to bring some of the holiday traditions to my classroom. I spent some time telling the history of Halloween - since I am a history teacher - surprisingly, many of the "American" traditions started in Ireland. Who knew? Anyhow- we bobbed for apples, and Zsófi and I carved pumpkins. Jenny colored one - called "buster" and we celebrated!
